First Post

This is my first post.  Not sure what I'll really do with this blog - probably nothing.  There are a few ideas in my head that I need to express and I figured this might be a good place to start.  Maybe some of what I'm thinking about will be useful to someone else.  Maybe not.  Anyway, I'm going to give it a try.  Don't expect poetry or heavy technical articles here.  I expect this to just be a place to put into words the ideas that are running around in my head at a given moment.
